摘要
目的观察补阳还五汤合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法将患者60例60只眼随机分为治疗组31例,用补阳还五汤合激光光凝治疗;对照组29例用激光光凝治疗。结果总有效率治疗组96.77%,对照组89.66%。结论益气活血化瘀法合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞,具有促进视网膜出血、渗出的吸收,提高视力,缩短病程,减少视细胞损害的功能。
Objective To observe the curative effect of laser photocoagulation on retinal vein obstruction （RVO）. Methods Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with 60 RVO patients （60 eyes） were randomly assigned into two groups, the treatment group （31 cases） were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and laser photocoagulation, and the control group （29 cases） with laser photocoagulation only. Results The total effective rate of treatment group, control group was 96.77%, 89.66% respectively. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method combined with laser photocoagulation can accelerate the absorption of fundus hemorrhage,
