醒鼻凝胶剂对变应性鼻炎模型豚鼠的作用机制

Mechanism of Xingbi Nasal Gel on Guinea Pig Models with Allergic Rhinitis

目的研究醒鼻凝胶剂对变应性鼻炎(AR)豚鼠的作用机理。方法制作AR豚鼠模型,进行行为学评分,Lavens SE法定量测定肥大细胞标志物类胰蛋白酶含量。结果与模型组比较,给药组豚鼠AR行为学表现有明显改善,血清类胰蛋白酶含量显著降低。结论醒鼻凝胶剂可抑制AR豚鼠的炎症反应,其作用机制与稳定肥大细胞的表达有关。

Objective To explore the mechanism of Xingbi nasal gel on guinea pig models with al- lergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods Guinea pig models with AR were established and the behavior scores of mod- els were observed. The content of tryptase as a mastocyte marker was determined by the method of Lavens SE. Results Compared with model group, the behavior responses of AR guinea pig models in treatment groups improved significantly, and the content of tryptase in blood serum was decreased significantly. Conclusion Xingbi nasal gel can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of AR guinea pigs, and the mechanism is probably re- lated to the stability of mastocyte expression.
