摘要
为了简化相似度较高、结构形状复杂的飞机结构件工艺设计流程,有效、准确地提高工艺设计可靠性,提出了以融合规则的典型工艺模板为基础的工艺决策系统。首先根据成组技术概念对相似零件提出统一的工艺模板信息模型;然后以嵌入方式将规则融合到工艺模板中,对零件加工中的可变信息进行约束,建立融合规则的典型工艺模板;最后,以典型工艺为支撑实现了相似零件数控工艺的快速设计。
In order to simplify processing flow of the aero-structures with high similarity and complex structural shapes and to increase processing reliability in an effective and accurate way to ensure engineering quality and efficiency of aircraft structural members it sets forth the decision-making system for the engineering based on the typical process templates with fused rules. First, based on the concept of group technology, the information model of an uniform engineering template for similar parts is developed; Then, integrate the rules into the templates in an embedded mode to constrain the variable information during part processing and establish a typical process template with integrated rules;Finally, with the support of the typical process, it is available to realize quick design of CNC processes for similar parts. The practical application of the decision- making system for processes is realized in the context of an aviation manufacturing enterprise.
