摘要
借鉴《知识管理框架》中定义的PDCA过程模型,依据对图书馆实现知识管理过程的分析,建立了一个对图书馆知识管理进行动态评价的PDCA过程控制模型,并结合图书馆实际对PDCA各个环节中存在的评价问题进行解析,以期为图书馆知识管理评价研究提供一定参考。
Using the PDCA process model defined by Knowledge Management Framework, the paper analyzes the process of implementation of library knowledge management, and constructs a PDCA control model which can conduct dynamic evaluation to knowledge management, and discusses the problems in each link of the model, aiming at providing a reference for the evaluation research of library knowledge mana qement.
