摘要
靖边气田是长庆目前硫化氢含量较高的气田,原料气中硫化氢平均含量为1489.57mg/m3,根据多年运行及使用经验,硫化氢对管材影响较大,管材的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂是一个重要的研究课题。本文介绍了硫化氢的腐蚀机理及主要影响因素,抗硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂管材的选材原则,对延长气田管道的使用寿命,防止事故的发生,并为后续气田的开发提供了经验和借鉴。
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) corrodes pipes, and it is essential to the study of pipes' sulfide stress corrosion cracking. Based on the research of H2S in Changqing gas field (1489.57rag/roSin raw gas), this paper analyzed its corrosion mechanismand influences, and introduced an approach to the pipes' selec- tion considering sulfide stress corrosion cracking. The approach would expand pipes' service life, reduce the production risk, and provide experience for the subsequent development.
