Analysis and Discussions on the Test Method of Defect Inspection for Generator Stator Core

结合岱海发电有限责任公司在2011年1#发电机增容改造工作中发现的定子铁芯问题,分析两种常用的铁芯检测方法,逐一进行试验参数计算,试验方法的总结,以期得到更适合我厂实际的铁芯检测方法。

The capacity of NO.1 generator of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd was enlarged in 2011.There were some defects with the generator iron core.We analyse two common checking methods combined with the defects and calculate the experimental parameters step by step.We sum up the experimental method and want to find the best method appropriate to the reality of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd.
