摘要
大多岩石饱和度检测设备存在精度低、结构单一的问题,依据岩石含水量与介电常数之间线性关系,设计一种以耦合微带环阵列结构的饱和度谐振检测系统。根据岩石介电常数变化,微带环产生不同谐振频率和Q值求,通过谐振参数反演岩石介电常数求得饱和度。研究工作包括微带环结构设计仿真,阵列结构设计,系统硬件设计。岩石样本测试显示阵列结构具有更高精度,误差<0.95%。这种新型阵列传感器系统精度高、体积小适合岩石饱和度检测。
For most rock moisture measuring sensor with low accuracy and single structure, based on the linear-proportion be- tween rock saturation and relative dielectric constant, a moisture resonator system using array coupling micro-strip ring is presen- ted in the paper. Based on the variation of rock dielectric constant, rock saturation is got by inverting the rock dielectric according to the different resonant frequency and Q value of the micro-strip ring. The research work includes simulation of micro-strip ring, array structure design, and system design. Rock sample tests show that the sensor with array structure has higher accura- cy, the measurement error〈0.95%. This array resonator is high precision, and suitable for rock moisture measurement.
