摘要
模具是工业生产中重要的工艺装备,是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。用模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高复杂程度,高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其它加工制造方法所不能比拟的。近年来,随着对压铸件精度的要求和压铸模的设计与制造水平要求越来越高,在模具行业应用中三维CAD/CAM软件也越来越多。CAD/CAM软件经过40多年的发展,国内外都有很多较为成熟的产品,MasterCAM软件是美国的CNCSoftware公司开发的基于PC平台的CAD/CAM软件。由于操作简单实用、易于掌握,功能极其强大,在当今的数控行业中应用广泛。利用CAM功能进行模具刀具轨迹的生成、模拟仿真加工,并通过后处理生成NC程序。本文以一个型腔模为例,介绍Mastercam软件在模具铣削编程中的应用。

Generation, simulation processing mold tool path by using the CAM function, and through the post processing to generate the NC program. In this paper, with a cavity mould as an example, introduces the application of Mastercam software in mold milling programming.
