摘要 550 kV高压隔离开关在实际运行中由于电阻损耗发热而温度升高,甚至会超过允许温升,而影响其工作性能。尤其是隔离开关的接触电阻,直接影响其热稳定性,严重时可能引起烧瓷粘连事故。为了保证高压隔离开关工作的安全性和稳定性,建立了三维有限元分析模型,计算了550 kV高压隔离开关的损耗,得到了电流分配情况。通过瞬态热分析,讨论了隔离开关在65 kA/3 s下的热稳定性,并且研究了接触电阻、接触面积及电流对动静触头接触点温升的影响。计算结果为产品试验提供了参考,分析方法为产品设计提供理论指导。 The 550 kV high-voltage disconnector produces heat in operation because of its resistance to make its temperature rising, which affects its working performance. Especially, the contact resistance of the disconnector will reduces its thermal stability, and even causes adhesion accident. In this paper, a 3-D finite element analysis model of the disconnector is established. The loss of energy and current distribution are calculated with the model. According to transient thermal analysis, the thermal stability of the disconnector at 65 kA/3 s is discussed, and the influences of the contact resistance, the contact area, and the current on temperature rise of the contact points are investigated. This study may provide a reference for product test and design of the disconnector.
