摘要
对影响测量数据准确性和稳定性的运算放大器的温漂问题进行深入分析,建立以积分电路为核心的数学模型,并完成了系统设计及相关试验验证。试验结果表明:该信号源温漂抑制方法能够保证激励信号源和输出直流电平稳定而又准确,实现了PCB铜箔测厚仪对厚度的精确测量。
The temperature drift which influencing both stability and accuracy of measurement results was analyzed and the integrating circuit-cored mathematical model was built, including the related system design and experimental verification. The experimental results show that the validity of the proposed method can guarantee the accuracy of output of excitation signal source and can implement accurate measurement of the thickness of PCB copper foil.
