摘要 针对工业生产过程采集的测量数据,提出了基于过程系统测量数据的稳态检测与数据处理方法。该方法首先采用滑动窗口法对工业生产过程采集测量数据进行稳态检测,然后把稳态检测后的各稳态区间数据进行处理,数据处理过程中可减小随机误差、剔除显著误差,从而得到较准确的测量值,以供后期使用。该方法实现简单,可以有效地提取过程系统测量数据中的可靠信息。 Regarding the data measurement in industrial production, a method for steady-state detection and data processing based on measurement data acquired from industrial process system was proposed, in which, the sliding window method employed can detect steady-state of the data acquired and then have them processed so as to reduce their random error and eliminate their gross error, in this way, the more accurate measurement data can be derived for the later use. The simple implementation of this method can get effective and reliable information from the measurement data of process system.
