试论毛泽东资产阶级权利理论的思想渊源

Sources of Mao Zedong’s theory of bourgeois rights

改革开放以来,学术界对于毛泽东资产阶级权利理论多有讨论,但视野主要局限于对毛泽东资产阶级权利理论内容本身的探究,而鲜有对毛泽东形成这一理论的多方面思想渊源的探讨。笔者认为,毛泽东资产阶级权利理论虽然主要来源于马克思的资产阶级权利理论,但毛泽东又依据其平等观、共产主义思想和"反修防修"思想,以及对我国社会主义现实的判断,形成了自己独特的资产阶级权利理论。因此,探讨毛泽东资产阶级权利理论的思想渊源,对于全面认识毛泽东资产阶级权利学说具有重要意义。

Considerable as it is,the discussion on Mao Zedong’s theory of bourgeois rights largely revolves around the theory itself,rather than its various sources.The author believes that Mao Zedong developed his bourgeois rights theory with sources from his ideas on equality,communism,prevention of revisionism and the reality of Chinese society though Mao’s theory roots in Marx’s theory of bourgeois rights.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the sources so as to build up a whole of picture of the theory.
