生态文明是人类社会文明范式发展的至高形态。中共十八大把生态文明上升为"五位一体"战略布局的重要组成部分,标志着中国特色社会主义生态文明转型的又一次与时俱进。中国特色社会主义生态文明是中国特色社会主义制度优势和人类生态文明普遍要求相结合的产物。深刻把握中国特色社会主义生态文明的内涵和实质,全面分析其成就和问题,认真探索其战略和前景,这是中国特色社会主义生态文明研究的三个核心问题。

Ecological civilization is the ultimate development paradigm of human society.In the 18th National Congress of the CPC,it was proclaimed that ecological civilization is a significant part of the 'five-in-one'strategy.This reflects an important change in the Party's understanding of development.The ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is the product of the integration of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the demands for ecological civilization of all human beings.An interpretation of this concept,an analysis of the achievements and problems we have had and a reflection on its strategy and prospects are the three important problems of our research in ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
