摘要
工业级碳酸锂经碳化、重结晶可制得生产锂离子电池所需关键原材料高纯碳酸锂。为保证高纯碳酸锂的产品质量,生产企业每生产1 t高纯碳酸锂外排母液含锂50~80 kg,如何合理地回收利用此部分锂资源,是目前锂行业研究的重点。结合锂化合物的溶解度、用途及附加值,以高纯碳酸锂母液中的锂为原料,研究开发了一种利用含锂母液生产高附加值磷酸锂的制备工艺。结果表明,所得磷酸锂产品符合YS/T 637—2007《彩色荧光粉用磷酸锂》指标要求。
High purity lithium carbonate used as the key raw material of lithium ion battery, can be prepared from industrial lithium carbonate by the carbonization and recrystallization processes.In order to ensure the quality of high purity lithium carbonate, production enterprises will generally discharge 50-80 kg lithium-bearing mother liquor when producing 1 t high purity lithium carbonate.How to reasonably recycle these lithium resources is the present focus in the study of lithium indus- try. Based on solubility, use and on added value of lithium compounds, a preparation technology of high value-added lithium phosphate with lithium in the mother liquor as raw material has been developed.Results showed that the products complied with requirements of Lithium Phosphate for Production of Red Luminescent Material, YS/T 637--2007.
