该文基于37年临床,从金元明清各家学说中探索并践行中医老年人合理用药原则,且与西医原则比较中彰显了中医特色,全文以临床验案加以佐证。

This paper is based on 37 years＇ clinical practice,to probe and fulfill the principles of rational medicine usage in the old in various doctrines of Dynasties of Jin,Yuan,Ming and Qing,meanwhile compared to the Western medicine principle to show the characteristics of TCM,and evidenced by clinical case.
