Professor WANG Changhong's Experience in Treatment of Fatty Liver

王长洪教授认为脂肪肝的主要病因病机为饮食不节,过食膏粱厚味,或大量饮酒,使湿热内生;或湿聚成痰,痰湿互结;或痰瘀胶结,内郁于肝而发。其治疗脂肪肝注重辨证同时又强调辨病,如临证时强调疏肝在治疗中的重要作用,同时讲究中西合参。

Professor WANG Changhong has pointed out that the cause and the pathogenesis of fatty liver is eating and drinking without temperance,or over intaked with greasy,or excessive drinking,which causes dampness-heat generating,or accumulating damp to form phlegm,or phlegm and blood stasis combination,all that stagnating in liver and inducing the disease.The combination of disease and syndrome differentiation is often much arccounted during treatment,so soothing liver should always be emphasized.At the same time,he cares for the therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
