健康教育路径在脊柱结核护理中应用及效果评价

Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Health Education Path in Spinal Tuberculosis Care

目的:分析采用健康教育路径在脊柱结核护理中应用以及对患者的护理效果。方法:选择自2009年1月—2012年1月我院骨科就诊的脊柱结核患者58例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用传统健康教育方式,观察组入院后采用健康教育路径,对两组患者的用药依从性、术后并发症、对护理工作满意度及出院知识掌握程度进行分析。结果:观察组术后3月2例为部分依从,1例不依从,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月3例为部分依从,1例不依从,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组压疮、下肢深静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎、泌尿系感染分别发生0、1、1、2例,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组对20例对护理评价为良好,7例为一般,观察组29例评价为良好,2例为一般,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组知识掌握情况0例为差,对照组2例掌握不佳,掌握程度显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:采用健康教育路径对于提高患者依从性、减少并发症发生、提高相关知识掌握有明显的效果。

Objective：To analyse the effect of health education path in spinal tuberculosis care.Methods：58 patients with spinal tuberculosis in orthopedic department since January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used traditional health education,and the observation group accepted health education path after the admission.Medication compliance,postoperative complications,nursing job satisfaction and discharge from the knowledge in the two groups of patients were analysed.Results：In observation group after 3 months,2 cases were of partial compliance,one case was of noncompliance,and it was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.In observation group after 6 months,3 cases were of partial compliance,one cases was of non-compliance,and it was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Pressure ulcers,deep vein thrombosis,hypostatic pneumonia,urinary tract infection occurred in the observation group occurred to 0,1,1,2 cases respectively,and it was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.20 patients of the control group were given good nursing evaluation,seven cases were given nursing in general.In the observation group,29 cases were significantly well and 2 cases were general,which was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,there was no case with worse master of the knowledge,while in the control group there were two cases,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Health education path can improve patients compliance,reduce complications,and improve relevant knowledge effect.
