冠心病监护病房患者家属疾病不确定感与焦虑、社会支持相关分析

Correlation between uncertainty in illness and anxiety as well as social support in family members of CCU patients

目的探讨CCU患者家属疾病不确定感水平,并分析其与焦虑、社会支持间是否相关及相关程度。方法采用问卷调查法,对便利抽取的169例CCU患者家属发放一般情况调查表、疾病不确定感家属量表、状态焦虑量表及社会支持评定量表,将回收的问卷采用SPSS 16.0进行统计学分析。结果 CCU患者家属疾病不确定感水平较高;家属疾病不确定感水平越高焦虑水平越高;社会支持及客观支持越差者的信息越缺乏。结论护理人员可了解社会支持系统对疾病不确定感的作用,通过降低家属疾病不确定感水平来减轻其焦虑。

Objective To evaluate the level of uncertainty in illness among family members of CCU patients and analyze whether it is related to anxiety and social support.Methods Totally 169 family members of CCU patients were recruited to complete the Chinese version of MUIS-FM,State Anxiety Inventory and social support scale.The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results The level of uncertainty in illness of family members of patients in CCU was relatively high;the higher the level of uncertainty of family members was,the higher the level of anxiety was;the dimension lack of information was negatively correlated to social support and objective support.Conclusion Nurses can understand the effects of social support system to uncertainty in illness of family members,and decrease the level of anxiety by decreasing the level of uncertainty.
