Research on Fresh Water Preheating System of Marine Main Engine

改善主机启动时的工作状况及减少主机启动时低负荷运行所需的时间已经受到新建现代化船舶业主的重视。介绍船舶主机淡水预热系统的组成、热力参数的选择、装置的设计计算及自动控制原理等。采用该系统 ,可减少主机的磨损、油耗、排烟 。

The owners of new modern shipbuildings have paid great attention to the improve- ment of the working condition and the reduction of the required time of low load running when starting main engine.The composition of fresh water preheating system of marine main engine,the selection of thermal parameters,the calculation of the device design and the principle of autocontrol etc. are introduced in the paper. The adoption of this system will re- duce abrasion,oil consumption,smoke exhaust of main engine and extend its service life.
