摘要
目的研究大豆中磷脂酰胆碱的制备工艺。方法①先后采用氧化铝和安伯莱特XAD.2大孔树脂(AmberliteXAD-2 Macroporous Resin),运用柱色谱技术,从大豆中制备高纯磷脂酰胆碱;②以高效液相色谱法(High-performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)结合薄层色谱法(Thin layer chromatography,TLC)的方法,进行工艺过程分析和终产品质量控制。结果建立了不同等级高纯大豆磷脂酰胆碱的制备工艺,并进行了定性定量质量控制。
Objective To research the preparation process of soybean phosphatidylcholine. Methods Crthe high purity soybean phosphatidylcholine was prepared with A1203 column chromatography and XAD-2 resin column chromatography; (2~combining methods of HPLC and TLC were used to control the process analysis and end products quality. Results The preparation process of different levels of high purity soybean phosphatidylcholine was setup up and qualitative and quantitative quality control was carried out. [
