无痛银质针治疗慢性下腰痛的临床观察

Curative effect observation on chronic lower back pain treated with painless silver needle

目的:观察无痛银质针治疗慢性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将97例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予无痛银质针导热疗法,对照组予以小针刀结合推拿及蜡疗。结果:治疗组治愈18例,占36.7%;显效20例,占40.8%;好转9例,占18.4%;无效2例,占4.1%;总有效率95.9%。对照组治愈9例,占18.8%;显效12例,占25%;好转17例,占35.4%;无效10例,占20.8%;总有效率79.2%。结论:无痛银质针治疗慢性下腰痛痛苦小,治疗面积大,疗程短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect on chronic lower back pain treated with painless silver needle. Methods： 97 cases of chronic lower back pain patients were divided into two groups, 30 cases in treatment group were treated with silver needle thermotherapy and 30 cases of control group were treated with needle knife and keritherapy. The effects were compared and assessed. Results： There were 18 cases cured with excellent 20 cases, good 9 eases and invalid 2 case of in treatment group, the total effective rate was 95.9% and average treated times were 2. There were 9 cases cured with excellent 12 cases, good 17 cases and invalid 10 cases of in control group, the total effective rate was 79.2% and average treated times were 21. Conclusion：This treatment method could treat chronic lower back oain with eood effect and laree area in short course that should be widely used in clinic.
