摘要
目的:观察肢体智能反馈训练系统对脑梗死后患者下肢运动功能障碍的影响。方法:将脑梗死病人80例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组在常规药物治疗和康复治疗基础上,给予肢体智能反馈训练系统治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗和康复治疗,配合电动起立床治疗。各组分别在康复开始前1天和康复第30天进行2次评价。肢体运动功能采用Fugl—Meyer评分法评定。ADL采用巴氏指数评分法评定。结果:治疗组患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力在治疗后得到显著改善,其FM和BI评分治疗前后比较有显著性差异;对照组治疗前后比较有显著性差异。治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异。结论:肢体智能反馈训练系统治疗脑梗死患者下肢运动功能障碍更加有效,能进一步促进偏瘫患者下肢功能的恢复,提高日常生活自理能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of limb intelligent feedback training system on lower limb function in patients after acute cerebral infarction. Methods : Eighty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received limb intelligent feedback training system besides routine rehabilitation training, while the control group received electric standing bed besides routine rehabilitation training. All patients were assessed at the beginning of the program and 30 days after treatment. The neurological function were evaluated with Fugl - Meyer and Barthel index. Results After treatment, the treatment group and control group were perfected greatly. The effects of the treatment were significantly better than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The program proved limb intelligent feedback training system could improve the lower limb function in patients after acute cerebral infarction.
