鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床分析

Clinical analysis of endoscope operation treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps endoscopic intranasal

目的:对应用鼻内窥镜手术方式对伴有鼻息肉的鼻窦炎患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:抽取82例伴有鼻息肉的鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用常规鼻窦炎鼻息内手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用鼻内窥镜手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;鼻窦炎病情控制时间和术后住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;治疗后鼻窦炎鼻息肉病情复发率明显低于对照组;不良反应人数明显少于对照组。结论:应用鼻内窥镜手术方式时伴有鼻息肉的鼻窦炎患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of nasal endoscopic operation on nasal polyps sinusitis in patients with the implementation. Methods： 82 cases with nasal polyps sinusitis patients ,randomly divided into control group and treatment group,41 cases in each group ,the average. Using conventional sinusitis and nasal polyp operation on the patients in the treatment group; adopt nasal endoscopic operation way to treat the patients in the treatment group. Results： The treatment group patients with sinusitis with nasal polyps patients treatment was better than the control group; sinusitis disease control time and postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than the control group ; after treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyp disease recurrence rate was lower than the control group; the number of adverse reaction was less than the control group. Conclusion： The application of endoscopic operation on nasal polyps sinusitis in patients with the implementation of the clinical treatment effect was verv obvious.
