国产与进口罗库溴铵的药效学分析及其对循环功能的影响

Efficacy of domestic and imported rocuronium analysis and its effect on circulatory function

目的：探讨国产与进口罗库溴铵的药效学分析及其对循环功能的影响。方法：对我院在2010年1月～2012年12月收治的200例需要进行全麻手术治疗的患者随机分为进口罗库溴铵组和国产罗库溴铵组，进口罗库溴铵组的患者给予进口罗库溴铵进行治疗，国产罗库溴铵组患者给予国产的罗库溴铵进行治疗，对2组治疗方法的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果：2组治疗方法在起效的时间、肌松起效时间、恢复指数、循环指数的完全恢复时间、器官插管的条件、不良反应发生率等指标上都没有明显的差异性（P〉0．05）；进口罗库溴铵组患者75％的恢复时间比国产罗库溴铵组患者长。结论：国产与进口罗库溴铵的药效具有相似性，对患者的循环功能不会产生不良的影响。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of domestic and imported rocuronium analysis and its effect on the circulatory func- tion. Methods： In our hospital from December to 2012 200 patients admitted to the need for general anesthesia operation treatment were randomly divided into imported rocuronium group and domestic Luoku bromide group in 2010 01 months, patients with imported rocuronium group to give treatment of imported rocuronium, domestic rocuronium group patients rocuronium was given the domestic treatment, clinical curative effect on the treatment of two groups were observed and compared. Results： The two groups in the treatment of onset time of muscle relaxation, onset time, recovery index, circulation index full recovery time, organ intubation conditions, adverse reaction rate and other indicators were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; imported rocuronium group were 75% recovery time than domestic rocuronium bromide group patients. Conclusion ： The efficacy of domestic and imported rocuronium should be similar and have an adverse effect on circulatory function not patients.
