浅谈非语言性沟通对冠心病患者负性心理的干预

Research of nonlinguistic communication intervention in negative psychological patients with coronary artery disease

目的:探讨非语言性支持对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法:将有不同程度焦虑、抑郁反应的160例冠心病患者随机分成对照组和干预组,对照组(n=80例)给予常规护理,干预组(n=80例)在此基础上强调非语言性沟通,进行心理干预。护理干预前及干预后3周对2组冠心病患者用SAS、SDS评分量表测评情绪状况,比较心理干预前后2组冠心病患者负性情绪指标的差异及护理干预效果。结果:2组冠心痛患者干预前SAS、SDS评分无显著性差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后干预组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,干预组焦虑、抑郁程度比对照组减轻,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<O.01)。结论:非语言性沟通能明显缓解冠心病患者焦虑和抑郁症状,对冠心病的治疗及改善疾病预后具有积极的意义。

Objective： To study the influence of nonlinguistic support to anxiety and depression of patients with coronary artery disease. Metllods：160 patients with coronary artery disease were randomed into group A （control group）, group B （experiment group）, group A （80 cases） were given routine care, group B （80 cases） were given nonlinguistic communication intervention, emphasised on nonverbalcommunication on that basis. Evaluation emotional conditions of the 2 groups by means of SAS, SDS rating scales before and 3 weeks after nursing intervention, compare the difference of negative emotions index and the nursing intervention effect of the two groups before and after psychological intervention. Results：There was no significant difference in SAS, SDS rating scales before the intervention （ P 〉 0.05 ）, The SAS, SDS rating scales were remarkable low in group B （P 〈 0.01 ） ,The level of anxiety and depression of group B was alleviated. There were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Nonverbal support could alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease obviously, It might have positive significance to the treatment and improving the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.
