实施情景模拟演练提升急诊科护士的综合能力

目的:探讨仿真情景模拟演练提升急诊科护士综合能力的效果。方法:对我院急诊科在岗护士开展仿真情景模拟急救演练,即拟定演练方案、角色配置、现场实景模拟急救,演练结束后进行分析、讨论、总结。结果:急诊科护士经过12次的演练,专科理论知识和急救技能较前明显提高(p<0.01,p<0.05),具有统计学意义。护士分析解决问题能力及学习兴趣等方面进步显著。结论:急诊科护士景模拟演练培训,不仅有利于巩固专科理论知识,而且能提高护士的综合能力,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the simulation scene simulation practice ascension emergency department nurses the effect of comprehensive ability. Methods： In our emergency department on - the - job nurses to carry out the simulation scene simulation emergency drills, namely protocol exercise scheme, the role of configuration, field imaging simulation first aid, after practice analysis, discussion and summary. The emergency department nurses after 12 times rehearsal, specialized theory knowledge and the first aid skills before was obviously improved （ p 〈 0.01, p 〈 0.05 ） have statistical significance,the nurse analysis and problem solving ability and learning interest in the progress significant. Conclusion： Emergency department nurses implementation scenario simulation practice training, should be not only beneficial to consolidate the specialized theory knowledge, and could improve the nurse＇ s comprehensive ability, might be worthy to be popularized.
