摘要
结合上海海运学院重点实验室科研项目SMSC - 2 0 0 0型轮机模拟器的研制工作 ,对轮机模拟器的仿真对象现代集装箱船舶的HITACHI -MAN -B&W 6L80MC/MCE主机的热工参数进行仿真计算。在利用“容积法”建立主机标定工况模型的基础上 ,采用双VIBE曲线叠加的方法模拟燃烧放热规律 ,建立主机的非标定工况模型。经过对输出参数、输出曲线的计算和比较 ,符合实船工况运行参数。在SMSC - 2 0 0 0轮机模拟器使用过程中 ,该模型工作稳定 ,仿真效果好 。
This paper continued the working of the researching and developing in the SMSC-2000 type Marine Engine Room Simulator (MERS) of Shanghai Maritime University. A third-generation container ship of 2700TEU is selected as the simulated object and the type of the main engine of the simulated ship is HITACHI-MAN-B&W 6L80MC/MCE. This paper introduced the studies and realizations of main engine modeling and fault simulation under steady condition of the MERS. With the “Filling-Emptying” algorithm, this paper built the main engine working model under rated condition, for the 6L80MC/MCE main engine structure parameters.
