摘要 为了解决企业流程建模智能领域中现有流程推荐技术在模糊推荐方面的不足,提出一种基于流程规整矩阵的流程推荐技术。首先对流程图的广度优先搜索序列(BFS序列)进行标准化;然后利用推荐流程片断BFS序列和流程资源库流程BFS序列形成流程匹配规整矩阵,计算流程相似度,确立候选流程,最终形成推荐路径集。通过对比现有相关研究结果表明,所提方法能够支持实际应用中的复杂流程结构和模糊推荐需求,其效率也能够满足实际应用。 To solve insufficiency in fuzzy recommendation of existing process recommendation technologies in the field of intelligent business process modeling, a Process Warping Matrix (PWM) based process recommendation technology was proposed. Breadth First Search (BFS) sequence of flow graph was first standardized, and the process matching structured matrix was formed by using reference process BFS sequence and process pattern BFS sequence. The process similarity was calculated to determine the candidate process, and nodes set for recommenda- tion was generated finally. Compared with the existing related technologies, the proposed method could support the complex process structure and fuzzy recommendation in practical application, and its efficiency also could satisfy the actual demand.
