摘要 针对工作流管理系统在流程灵活性与支持之间的矛盾,提出一种基于用户个性化特征及偏好的流程自主动态构建方法。该方法将面向服务选择的协同过滤方法扩展为更复杂的、面向流程执行实例的相似度模型,在流程执行过程的每个环节,根据相似用户的执行轨迹和流程实例的上下文环境为当前用户选择或推荐活动,从而实现整个流程的动态自主构建。该方法不需要预先建模,对基于约束的工作流管理系统进行了改进,实现了工作流管理系统在灵活性与支持度两个方面的平衡,提高了整体流程质量。 Aiming at the contradiction between flexibility and support of process in workflow management system, an autonomous dynamic construction method of processes based on user's personalized characteristics and preferences was put forward. In this method, the service-oriented collaborative filtering method was extended to a more complex, process-oriented similarity model of implemented instances. According to the users' tracks and the contexts of processes' instances, the model could give current user recommendations during execution of process so that the dy- namic autonomous construction of whole process was realized. Without the pre-modeling, the constraint-based work- flow management system was improved by this method. The balance between flexibility and support of workflow management system was achieved, and the qualities of the overall process as well as the user's experience were im- proved.
