河南高校中外合作办学本科项目现状及政策建议

Research on the Sino-Foreign Cooperative Undergraduate Programs in the Colleges and Universities of Henan

近年来,河南高校中外合作办学的本科项目和学生数量不断增加,办学模式日益成熟。因受办学实力和专业设置等因素影响,高校生源冷热不均,学生学习费用有一定差异。同时,个别项目在办学过程中也存在一些问题。应积极引进优质教育资源,提高办学层次,合理布局办学项目,构建具有时代特征的河南高等教育对外开放新格局。

In recent years,more and more Sino-foreign cooperative undergraduate programs have been established,the number of students has been continuously increased,and the school-running patterns have become much more mature in Henan colleges and universities.However,due to the different strengths and major setups,the number of students and the tuition in different universities are sharply different.Some individual programs also have problems to be solved.The paper suggests that high-quality educational resources should be introduced,the university running level be improved,the programs be reasonably laid out,and new patterns of cooperation be constructed in the future.
