摘要
文章介绍了粘胶主要物理性质,探讨了JWF1209型梳棉机生产粘胶18.2tex纱的工艺配置,并进行纺纱试验,对锡林与刺辊速度、生条定量与出条速度进行工艺优选。
The main physical properties of viscose were introduced. Process configuration of pro- ducing 18.2 tex viscose in JWF 1209 carding machine was discussed on the basis of spinning test. Then the speed of cylinder and licker-in, production process of silver and delivery speed were opti- mized.
