摘要 针对某电厂300MW机组3号轴承处轴振在启动和额定转速下发生跳变的故障,阐述并测取了该机组启动过程和额定转速下各测点的振动特征与振动数据,经过对振动数据进行分析、诊断,确定了引起该机组轴振跳变的原因为转子与浮动油挡发生碰摩所致,在分析了碰摩运动的非线性动力学机理的同时,提出了解决该机组3号轴承处轴振跳变的措施,并消除了振动故障,保证了该机组的安全稳定运行。 For the fault of No. 3 bearing axis vibration fluctuation for 300MW steam turbine unit in the process of starting and rated speed, expounding and measuring the vibration characteristics and data of fault, after the analysis for vibration data, and the reason cause the fault is the friction between rotor and floating sealing, and the nonlinear dynamics of friction is analyzed,and the solution measure is advanced for No. 3 bearing axis vibration fluctuation, and the vibration fault is eliminated to ensure the steam turbine unit is operated safely and stably.
