复方健胰胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病气阴两虚夹痰瘀型疗效观察

Clinical observation of compound Jianyi capsule on early diabetic nephropathy with the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin with phlegm and stasis

目的观察复方健胰胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)气阴两虚夹痰瘀型的临床疗效。方法将60例早期DN气阴两虚夹痰瘀型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予糖尿病教育,嘱控制饮食,适当运动,予常规口服降糖药或胰岛素降糖治疗,有高血压、血脂异常者同时予以降压、调脂对症治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方健胰胶囊。2组疗程均4周。比较分析治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hPG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿微量蛋白及尿白蛋白/尿肌酐(ACR)等指标变化。结果 2组治疗前FPG、2 hPG、RBP、尿微量蛋白及ACR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、RBP、尿微量蛋白及ACR比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方健胰胶囊治疗DN气阴两虚兼痰瘀型,能有效地降低血糖、RBP、尿微量蛋白及ACR,有很好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of compound Jianyi capsule on early diabetic nephropathy with the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin with phlegm and stasis. Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropa- thy whose syndrome was belonged to the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin with phlegm and stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given diabetes edu- cation,diet control, exercising and conventional oral medications or insulin hypoglycemic therapy, and the patients were given blood pressure and blood lipid control when necessary. The treatment group received compound Jianyi cap- sule, for one month based on the control group treatment. Fasting plasma glucose （ FPG）, two hours plasma glucose （2 hPG）, retinol binding protein （RBP）, urine microproteins and ACR before and after treatment were tested and compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference between two groups on FPG ,2 hPG, RBP, urine microproteins and ACR before treatment（P 〉0.05）. There was difference between two groups on FPG,2 hPG,RBP, urine microproteins and ACR after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion Compound jianyi capsule has a good clinical curative effect on early diabetic nephropathy whose syndrome is belonged to the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin with phlegm and stasis,it can effectively reduce blood glucose,RBP,urine microproteins and ACR.
