十全大补强心组方治疗慢性肺原性心脏病合并心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation of shiquandabuqiangxin prescription on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure

目的观察十全大补强心组方治疗慢性肺原性心脏病(以下简称肺心病)合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将肺心病合并心力衰竭患者88例随机分为2组,对照组44例给予常规治疗;观察组44例在此基础上应用十全大补强心组方治疗。2组均7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效,并检测血气分析及中心静脉压、肺动脉内径。结果观察组总有效率为97.7%,对照组总有效率为88.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组;观察组治疗后氧分压[p(O2)]、二氧化碳分压[p(CO2)]、中心静脉压(CVP)、肺动脉内径改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十全大补强心组方治疗肺心病合并心力衰竭临床疗效显著,毒副作用小,有效降低患者病死率,提高患者生存质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of shiquandabuqiangxin prescription on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 88 cases of pulmonary heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 44 patients received conventional treatment; observation group received shiquandabuqiangxin prescription treatment on the basis of control group treatment. The therapeutic course was seven days in two groups. Clinical effect was observed after two courses, and blood gas analysis, central venous pressure and pulmonary artery inner diameter were detected. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.7% ;the total effective rate of the control group was 88.6% , difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. That of observation group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the oxygen partial pressure p （02 ）, carbon dioxide partial pressure p （CO2 ）, central venous pressure （CVP）, pulmonary artery inner diameter and other indicators of observation group were significantly improved and better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion shiquandabuqiangxin prescription has significant clinical efficacy, little adverse reaction, can re- duce the mortality and improve the quality of life of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients with positive clinical significance.
