摘要
针对仓储油库自动化系统建设缺少统一的规划,各油库之间的自动化水平参差不齐的状况,总结了油库行业内设计标准和自动化系统在各个仓储油库的应用经验,对生产监控自动化系统、安防自动化系统、消防自动化系统以及上层制造执行系统(MES),油库资源计划系统(ERP)的标准化建设进行了论述和说明,对自动化系统的新建或改扩建工作起到参考作用。
Aim to the lack of unified programming of automation system for oil tank farm and uneven situation for the automation level among enterprises, the design standard in oil tank farm industry and the application practice of automation system in every storage enterprises are summarized. The standardized construction of production monitoring automation system, security automation system, fire fighting automation system, manufacturing execution system （IVIES） and enterprise resource planning （ERP） are discussed and illustrated. It can be used as the reference for new or expended automation system construction project.
