摘要
介绍了新氢压缩机常用的压力控制方案,包括转速调节、旁通回流调节、进气阀调节、旁路回流调节加HydroCOM气量无级调节系统等。通过比较各种控制方法的优缺点可以看到:"逐级返回"控制方案既能保证反应压力的恒定,又很好地控制了各级压缩比;同时再配合HydroCOM气量无级调节系统的节能控制,成为目前首选的往复式新氢压缩机的压力控制方案。
The widely used pressure control strategies for new hydrogen compressor including rotate speed adjustment, by-pass flow recycling adjustment, intake valve adjustment, and by- pass flow recycling control I~ HydroCOM stepless adjustment system, etc are introduced. By comparing the advantage and disadvantage of these strategies, it is concluded that the scheme of step-by-step-returning control can not only ensure constant reaction pressure, but also can control the compressing ratio of each stage well. Combining the energy saving control from HydroCOM stepless adjustment system, it has been the first-choice of pressure control strategy for new reciprocating hydrogen compressor.
