摘要
针对含氨废水处理装置,采用Aspen Plus化工模拟流程软件进行过程控制系统设计与动态模拟系统的研究。首先按照实际生产装置和工艺参数,建立含氨废水处理工艺的稳态模拟系统,然后在分析系统特性和工艺控制指标的基础上,合理设计含氨废水处理工艺的厂级自动控制方案,并利用Aspen Dynamics模块实现含氨废水处理工艺的动态模拟。结果证实,系统在进料扰动下性能良好,控制方案有效。
Aim to ammonia wastewater treatment installation, process control system oeslgn and dynamic simulation system are studied with chemical simulation process software of Aspen Plus. Steady-state simulation system of ammonia wastewater treatment process is established based on actual production unit and process parameters first. Automatic control scheme of ammonia wastewater treatment process is designed reasonably based on system characteristics evaluation and process control index in consequence. The dynamic simulation for ammonia wastewater treatment process is realized by utilizing Aspen Dynamic module. The test result indicates the system property is good and the control scheme is efficient with good anti-feed disturbance.
