摘要 针对传统设计方法的盲目性、高成本、周期长的问题。通过设计一种应用于大行程精密定位台中的U型无铁芯永磁直线电机(PMLM),探讨了一种新的设计方法。在分析其定子磁路和动子绕组结构特点的基础上,初步设计了电机参数。采用Maxwell 2DTransient求解器模块对电机特性进行分析,得到了电机空载反电动势、电机磁链、定位力特性和电磁推力。通过理论设计和有限元分析相结合的方法,设计制造了一台实验样机,并进行了相关实验。实验结果表明,电机的重复定位精度达2μm;加速度能在0.08 s内达到14 m/s2,在不同速度下的反向电动势成线性关系且与理论分析的吻合。研究结果表明,样机达到了设计要求,验证了设计方法的可行性。 Aiming at the weakness of the traditional design method of the permanent magnet linear motor(PMLM), such as the blindness, high cost and long cycle, the U-shaped ironless PMLM was designed that was applied to the large stroke precision positioning table, and a new design method was explored. The parametey of electric machine was preliminary designed based on the analysis of structural characteristics of the statov magnetic circuit and rotor coil. The transient solver of Maxwell 2D software was used to analyze the motor magnetic circuit characteristics and motor main features, and the no-load back-EMF, characteristics of flux linkage, cogging force and electromagnetic thrust were obtained. With the help of theory and finite element analysis, experimental prototype has been designed and manufactured. Some experiments were also carried out. The experimental results show that, repeat positioning accuracy of the motor up to 2 I^m, acceleration reaches 14 m/s2 in 0. 08 s, the back-EMF at different speeds is linear relationship and consistent with the theoretical analysis. The results indicate that this prototype reaches design requirements, the program is verified to be reasonable.
