经椎间孔单侧固定与融合治疗腰椎不稳症 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经椎间孔入路单侧椎弓根钉内固定结合单枚融合器行椎体间融合术治疗腰椎不稳症的临床疗效。方法:对20例有单侧肢体症状的腰椎(22个椎间隙)不稳症患者,采用经椎间孔入路单侧椎弓根钉内固定,并结合单枚融合器行椎体间融合术治疗。结果:影像学观察21个椎间隙融合,1例1个椎间隙可疑融合;相对椎间隙高度、前凸角及下腰痛JOA评分等末次随访均较术前改善,JOA评分好转率优17例,良3例。结论:经椎间孔入路单侧椎弓根钉固定单枚融合器椎间融合治疗腰椎不稳症,能简化手术操作、减少创伤,能有效改善腰椎前凸角,增加椎间隙高度,近期临床疗效满意。
