Technology of steel structure material substitution in AP1000 China self-reliance project

摘要 介绍了我国第3代核电自主化依托工程钢结构材料代换的背景和必要性.核岛厂房钢结构设计源自美国标准化设计,材料采用美国标准,为了加快工程进度,减少采购费用,需要解决材料代换问题,使用与美标材料等效的中国标准材料替换.依据钢构件在结构体系中所处的位置,论述了材料代换的技术原则,从材质代换和钢构件截面代换两个方面,采用参数对比法进行材料替代.规范了材料代换的技术标准,给出了材料代换清单,提出了我国第3代核电项目核岛厂房钢结构材料的代换建议,为我国后续第3代核电设计和建造提供了宝贵的基础数据与实践经验. The background and necessity of the third generation nuclear power project steel structure material substitution are presented.NI buildings structural steel design is from American standard design,and the materials are in American standard.In order to shorten the process and reduce cost,material substitution is required;and materials in American standards are substituted by the equivalent ones in Chinese standards.According to the position of the steel members in the structure system,principles of material substitution are discussed from both material substitution and steel member sectional substitution.Technical standards and listing of material substitution are provided.Based on the investigation above,material substitution proposal are given to provide valuable basic data and practical experience for domestic design.
