摘要
本文用实例样机测试的结果来说明,即使与数字化交流伺服电动机系统相比较,开环运动的步进电动机系统也不见得一定是转速偏低和输出功率偏小,结构和设计改进的开环步进电动机系统也能达到与交流伺服电动机系统类似或相近的转速和输出功率带载稳定运行,并有足够的过载能力。样机采用的是增强型结构的磁系统,能显著提高电动机的比转矩系数,是提高电动机运行性能的基础和关键。样机首次采用直流电枢绕组电路的设计,它具有进一步扩展运行转速范围的特性。
The experiment proves that, with the structure and design improved, the open-loop stepping motor system, which is traditionally considered as lower speed or output-power level, could operate in the similar or equivalent speed, torque and power level, even compared with the general AC servo motor system. As the enhanced hybrid magnetic structure design, the specific torque coefficient of the prototype stepping motor im- proved obviously, it is the basic and key point to improve the motor performance. Prototype for the first time, using a DC armature winding circuit design, it has a further expansion of the operating speed range.
