利用逆F类放大器提高旋转变压器驱动电路效率的仿真研究

摘要 逆F类放大器是F类放大器的改进形式,利用逆F类放大器可以进一步提高旋转变压器功率驱动电路的效率。逆F类放大器与F类放大器的输出级波形不同,其电压波形为半波正弦波、电流波形为半波方波,而负载网络则谐振于偶次谐波。通过理论计算和Simulink仿真实验证明逆F类放大器旋转变压器功率驱动电路完全可行,且输出效率高于F类电路、波形有明显改善。 The inverse class-F amplifier is improve by the class-F amplifier, and can be used to promote the efficiency of a resolver power drive circuit. It is different between the inverse class-F amplifier and the elass- F amplifier at the output waveform, the inverse class-F amplifier is sinusoidal wave in output voltage and square wave in output current, and the load-network of the inverse class-F amplifier is resonated with even harmonies. The feasibility of the inverse class-F resolver power drive circuit was proved by theoretical calcu- lation and Simulink simulation in this paper. It is also find that the efficiency of the inverse class-F resolver power drive circuit is higher than class-F circuit and the output waveform is improved.
