雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及临床免疫指标改变

The curative effect of tripterygium wilfordii medicinal liquor treatment of rheumatoid arthritis change and clinical immune index

目的研究雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效以及血液学免疫指标的改变。方法分析108例采用雷公藤药酒治疗RA的患者资料,服药前与服药半年后分别检测患者抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)抗原、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)的变化。结果患者治疗半年后关节炎症状有改善,血清免疫指标CCP、GPI、RF、CRP、ESR血液学指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);抗溶血性链球菌"O"(ASO)与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论类风湿患者口服雷公藤药酒半年后症状有所改善,血液免疫学有显著变化,提示其症状改善与雷公藤作用于免疫系统有关。

Objective To study the tripterygium wilfordii medicinal liquor for treating rheumatoid arthritis （RA） and the effect of change of blood immune index. Methods 108 cases with RA treated with tripterygium wilfordii medicinal liquor were analyzed. The ring cit- nalline peptide （CCP） antibody,Glucose - 6 - phosphate isomerase antigen （GPI）,Rheumatoid factor （RF）,C - reactive protein （CRP） and Blood sedimentation （ESR） transformation were detected before taking the medicine and treatment after six months in patients with RA. Results After the treatment of six months,changes of CCP,GPI,RF,CRP and ESR indexes were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference （P 〉0. 05） about ASO. Conclusion Patients with RA orally administrated with tripterygium wilfordii wine for half a year,their symptoms can obviously improve , and the blood immunological indexes could be significantly changed,indicating the effects on the immune system of tripterygium wilfordii.
