基于宝石CT前瞻性与回顾性扫描在冠状动脉成像中的剂量对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价宝石能谱CT低剂量扫描在冠脉成像中的应用价值。方法对比分析宝石CT前瞻性门控与回顾性门控扫描模式冠状动脉CT成像的X线剂量差异,评价宝石CT前瞻性门控的应用价值。结果在相同管电压条件下,前门控扫描的射线剂量远低于回顾性门控。同时在自动智能毫安的基础上配合高级重建引擎,自适应统计迭代重建技术ASIR的应用,使心脏成像降低了80%~90%的剂量,实现了冠脉成像的亚mSV检查。结论宝石CT前瞻性低剂量扫描方法较回顾性扫描方法能明显降低受检者的射线剂量,且宝石CT剂量减低程度高于其他设备。 Objective To evaluate the capacity and image quality of low radiation dose technique of gem energy spectrum CT scanning in coronary angiography. Methods 60 eases of ECG - gatedseanning were screened ;tube current and voltage were set to 180 - 800mA andl00 -120Kv respective ECG- gated scan parameters. Results In the same tube conditions, radiation dose in ECG -gated scanning ( average 1.27 ±0.75roSy) was far below that in retrospective ECG - gated ( average 14.15 ± 3.07mSv). Conclusion Gem energy spectrum uses the ECG -gated scanning technique and personalized scanning parameters through gem probe. Asir reconstruction technique and Cine scanning mode can reduce the spiral artifact and achieve the high definition coronary images. It reduces the radiation dose by 80 percent in cardiac imaging.
