单端正激焊接系统的分析

摘要 开关管在开通、关断时存在过充电压和过充电流,针对开关电源数字控制焊接系统的电弧质量进行了分析和研究,提高了焊接系统电弧质量、稳定性和可靠性。主要分析了单端正激逆变焊接系统中开关管工作时尖峰电压和尖峰电流,并提出了相应的解决办法。通过理论分析、仿真和试验可知,RC吸收电路能抑制开关管的过充电压和过充电流,从而确保焊接系统的电弧质量。 When turn on or off the switch of the welding system, there is the phenomenon, such as over charging voltage and over charging current, this paper analyzed and investigated switching power supply to control digitally the quality of arc welding,in order to improve the quality of welding system ,stability and reliability of arc welding, the paper mainly analyzed peak voltage and peak current in the IP single forward inverter welding systems when switch works,and puts forward the solutions. Through theoretical analysis,simulation and testing that the RC absorbing circuit can restrain the switch of charging voltage and charging current,so as to ensure the quality of the arc welding.
