摘要
野三河跨越悬索管桥是川气东送工程的关键结构之一,清管过程中悬索管桥的动态载荷分析对管道的安全运行具有重要的作用。针对悬索管桥建立了动力学有限元模型,采用变载荷的施加形式分析了泡沫清管器在极端环境下的清管过程,研究了悬索管桥在清管过程中的动态响应和安全性,为跨越悬索管桥的清管作业安全提供了理论依据。
The suspension petroleum bridge crossing the Yesanhe River is one of the key structures in Sichuan to East Gas Transmission Project.Dynamic load analysis of pigging process plays a significant role for safe pipeline operation.This paper builds a dynamic finite element model of the suspension pipeline bridge,applies the variable loads to analyze the pigging process of foam pig in extreme circumstance,studies the dynamic response and safety of the suspension pipeline bridge.It provides a theoretical basis for safe pigging operation of foam pig passing through the suspension pipeline bridge in pigging process.
