共混纺丝法和涂层法对PET防火性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在涤纶(PET)纤维熔融纺丝过程中加入阻燃材料,制得了共混法阻燃涤纶织物;另外,对纯涤纶织物进行阻燃涂层整理,得到了涂层法阻燃涤纶织物。通过热重分析和锥形量热分析,研究了共混纺丝阻燃处理和涂层阻燃处理对涤纶织物耐燃性能的影响。结果表明,采用涂层背面作为受热面时,材料整体的阻燃性能并没有得到显著改善;采用涂层面作为受热面时,其阻燃效果远低于共混阻燃的,且在燃烧过程中会放出大量烟雾,增加火灾危险;因此,共混阻燃处理更适合于制备座椅用阻燃涤纶织物。 In this paper, blending spinning flame retardant polyester fabrics are made by adding flame resistant materials in melt spinning of polyester fiber(PET); meanwhile, coating flame retardant polyester fabrics are made by doing coating finishing on polyester fabrics. The effects of these two flame retardant finishing methods on the name retardant property of fabrics are discussed in term of TGA and Cone Calorimetry analysis. The results show that when heating surface is the back side of coating, flame retardant property of fabrics does not improve obviously; while heating surface is the coating side, flame retardant property of fabrics are far below than that of blending spinning flame retardant fabrics; besides, a lot of smoke are produced when fabrics burning, which increase the fire risk. Thus, it can be said that blending spinning flame retardant polyester fabrics are more suitable for seats.
