针织服装中邻苯二甲酸酯检出现状及工艺分析

Inspection Results of Phthalate in Knitted Garments and its Process Analysis

介绍了世界多国对邻苯二甲酸酯的限用规定,并论述了500份抽检针织服装中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测情况,对最可能会添加使用邻苯二甲酸酯的3种纺织加工工艺包括聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层工艺、涂料印花工艺、热压贴花工艺进行了分析。结果显示:在500份抽样中,针织服装中邻苯二甲酸酯的检出率为66%,17%的样品超出了限量规定。最后指出,研发使用低渗出、低迁移或低毒性甚至无毒性的新型高效增塑剂是从根本上解决邻苯二甲酸酯限量问题的办法。

The restriction of phthalates in different countries is introduced in this paper, and the phthalates in- spection results of 500 knitted garment samples are demonstrated, meanwhile, three textile processes including PVC coating process, pigment printing process and thermal transfer are analyzed due to phthalates appliation in the pro- cedure probably. The results show that the proportion of phthalate detected in 500 knitted garment samples is 66%, and the 17% of these samples is unqualified. At last, it points out that thorough solutions to phthalates restriction is to investigate new efficient plasticizer of low leakage, low mobility or low toxicity.
