摘要
文中对棉氨混纺织物的定量检测方法进行了分析。指出手工拆分法花费时间长,对于密度较大的织物试验结果会出现偏差;对于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺试剂法,使用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺在25℃处理棉氨混纺织物10 min并不能完全去除其中的氨纶;而使用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺在50℃或沸腾状态下均可以完全去除,且试验结果的误差范围符合标准规定。对比分析发现,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺试剂(50℃,10min)法比行业标准规定的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺试剂(沸腾,20 min)法,试验条件更加温和,试验时间更短,在一定程度上提高了试验效率,且不影响检测结果质量,更具有可行性。
In this article, a quantitative method for analyzing the composition of cotton/spandex blended fabrics is presented. It points out that manual separation method will take long time and the results will be deviation for the high density fabrics; For the methods of N, N-dimethyl formamide application, the results show that when us- ing N, N-dimethyl formamide to treat cotton/spandex blended fabrics at 25 ℃ for 10 minutes, spandex of the blended fabrics can not be removed totally, while using N, N-dimethyl formamide at 50 ℃ or in the boiling state can work with the error range meeting the standard. Compared with method of N, N-dimethyl formamide (50 ℃, 10 minutes)and method of N, N-dimethyl formamide (boiling, 20 minutes)as the industry standard, it is found that test condition of the former method are much gentle, test time are much short, test efficiency are improved, and the quality of test results are not affected, thus, this kind of method proves to be more feasible.
