113例老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗HAMA焦虑量表评分 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨手术治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者HAMA焦虑量表评分与临床疗效的关系。方法 113例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者中41例行单纯椎板切除减压术,72例行椎板减压内固定植骨融合术,对手术疗效JOA评分和HAMA焦虑量表评分进行回顾性分析。结果平均随访17个月,JOA评分从术前的(23.81±1.10)分改善至(5.24±1、12)分,改善率87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HAMA焦虑量表评分从术前的(22.23±2.30)分改善至(5.15±1.19)分,改善率76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HAMA焦虑量表评分的改善情况可以预示老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症的手术疗效。
